Join us at Saltwater Gifts & Books for a gorgeous new resin workshop where you’ll create your very own Resin Table Light on Sunday December 6th at 1pm. You can choose from colorful crushed glass designs or an assortment of dried and pressed flowers, greenery, and colorful botanical accents. Either way you’ll design a one-of-a-kind project that will be preserved in crystal-clear resin.

Once finished, your creation sits in a lighted wooden base, illuminating the design and turning your piece into a beautiful table light perfect for a nightstand, shelf, desk, or cozy little corner of your home. ✨

🌼 During this workshop you’ll:

Arrange your own dried floral design or crushed glass
Learn the basics of working with resin
Choose from a variety of flowers, colors & greenery or colorful crushed glass
Create a completely unique piece
Receive a wooden light-up base to display your finished creation

No two lights will ever look exactly alike—that’s part of the fun! Flower varieties and colors will vary based on availability, giving every guest a truly unique piece.

✨ No experience necessary! We’ll walk you through the entire process from designing your arrangement to pouring your resin.

The crafting studio is upstairs up a spiral staircase not accessible for those with a physical impairment. If you cannot climb the stairs please email me and accommodations will happily be provided.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS for workshops. By completing registration you are agreeing to the Cancellation & Refund Policy for all attendees.

If you cancel with at least 48-hours notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future workshop (within 90 days).
Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT be granted store credit, however you may pick up your project as a take home kit within 30 days of the missed workshop. Please email or call us to cancel.
If you do not show up for a workshop for which you have a spot reserved, as well as neglect to pick up your take home kit within 30 days, you forfeit your full payment and project.
Hammer& Stain Bay Area reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

DIY Experience

DIY projects aren't about perfection. Every piece turns out unique, and that's part of what makes it special.

A natural wood workshop means your sign may have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. Fabrics, ceramics, resin, etc. may have minor inconsistencies.

Paint, stain, glue, resin or other materials provided may stain or damage clothes so please dress accordingly, grab your apron, and rollup your sleeves!

We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to your items and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees.

Please keep in mind, no item is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be worthy of showing off!
