Heather Trimble, Owner
Hello! I’m Heather Trimble, the proud owner of Hammer & Stain Bay Area, in Northern California. Crafting has always been my passion, and I’ve turned that love into a vibrant community where creativity knows no bounds. Whether it's painting, working with wood, or personalizing home decor, I believe in the joy and satisfaction that comes from creating something with your own hands.
At Hammer & Stain Bay Area, I teach a variety of DIY craft workshops designed to inspire and empower you to unleash your inner artist. From seasonal projects to personalized home décor, my goal is to provide a fun and supportive environment where everyone can explore their creativity and learn new skills.
As a lifelong lover of crafts, I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. I cherish the opportunity to connect with fellow crafters and beginners alike, helping them discover the magic of handmade creations. Let's craft something beautiful together!

Meet Sasha, the fluffiest Quality Control Manager in the history of DIY craft workshops. With a nose like a bloodhound and the heart of a teddy bear, Sasha ensures that the materials we use for our craft workshops get the paw of approval! Of course Sasha has also been known to sleep on the job, but we are working on that!
