Refund policy

Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS for workshops. I understand that checking this box constitutes acknowledgement of the Cancellation & Refund Policy for for all attendees.

• If you cancel with at least 48-hours notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future workshop (within 90 days).
• Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT be granted store credit, however you may pick up your project as a take home kit within 30 days of the missed workshop. Please email or call us to cancel.
• If you do not show up for a workshop for which you have a spot reserved, as well as neglect to pick up your take home kit within 30 days, you forfeit your full payment and project.
• Hammer & Stain Bay Area reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
